Managed to get a very nice shot of Eunice Olsen up close. She was the Guest-of-Honour for the NUSSU Rag and Flag Exhibition 2006 held at Plaza Singapura on the 19th of August 2006.

Eunice Elizabeth Olsen (born 24 October 1977) was a Nominated Member of Parliament (NMP) in Singapore. She was also the winner of Miss Singapore Universe 2000 contest.

Olsen is an active volunteer, providing counselling service at Toa Payoh Girls’ Home and Andrew and Grace Home for troubled teens. She also volunteered at the Eurasian Association in Singapore. In 2002, she was selected to be the co-host of Singapore's version of Wheel of Fortune, produced by MediaCorp TV Channel 5. She played the role of Vanna White, operating the puzzle board in the TV game show. She also appeared in MediaCrop's TV drama A Child's Hope.

In November 2004, Olsen was appointed as one of nine Nominated MPs, becoming the youngest Member of Parliament at the age of 27. She aims to raise awareness about youth issues and to promote youth programmes and volunteerism. In the parliamentary debate on Integrated Resort in 2005, Olsen called for stronger measures to address social problems of compulsive gambling, including mandating a loss limit for casino patrons and to require the casino operator to provide responsible gambling counseling services.
